Senior Data Analytics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analytics Manager to join our team at TRIA. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving strategic decision-making and operational efficiency through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, business intelligence, and leadership, with experience in managing a team of data professionals. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end data analytics process, from requirements gathering to producing reports, dashboards, and valuable insights.

Our client is looking for someone who can improve the consistency and data quality across the business by centralizing or standardizing BI operations. The long-term goal is to achieve accurate, federated reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of data professionals to drive data analytics and business intelligence initiatives
  • Oversee the development and implementation of data analytics solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven insights
  • Improve data quality and consistency across the business
  • Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a data analytics, business intelligence, or insights role at a senior level
  • Experience managing a team of data professionals
  • Strong proficiency with data analytics tools and technologies, particularly Power BI
  • Good understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, or predictive modeling techniques
  • Exposure to the financial services industry
