Key Responsibilities- Working weekends, bank holidays, and nights to provide unit bleep cover
- Ensuring staff wellbeing, completing appraisals, dealing with conflict, and more

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with:
- NMC Qualification
Desirable:
- Evidence of mentoring students
- Evidence of teaching/training colleagues
Post registration experience:
- Demonstrable post registration experience
- Demonstrable experience within an acute hospitable setting
Experience:
- Demonstrable experience within orthopaedics
Desirable:
- Experienced in hip fracture care
- Experienced in dementia care
Knowledge of ward management:
- Knowledge of ward and people management
- Knowledge of working with hip fracture and dementia patients
