We're looking for an exceptional Assistant Manager to join our team at Loungers. As a key member of our management team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the high standards that make our Lounges so special.

As Assistant Manager, you'll support the General Manager in driving sales, team retention, and customer satisfaction. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing rotas, and leading by example to inspire your team.

What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager in a fast-paced hospitality environment
