About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Content Officer to join our team at Royal Mile Whiskies. As a key member of our Marketing Team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing initiatives that showcase our brand's unique personality and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Marketing Team in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
  • Write and edit high-quality content for various channels, including social media, email, website, and print, that aligns with our brand's tone and style.
  • Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and coordination across digital channels.
  • Collect and analyze performance metrics to measure campaign success and inform future marketing strategies.
  • Conduct research to support team projects and marketing activities, including supporting wider group marketing initiatives as needed.
Requirements
  • Excellent copywriting and research skills, with a keen interest in the world of whisky, wine, and spirits.
  • Strong project organization skills, with experience using project management software (such as Asana or Trello).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with great attention to detail.
  • Desirable experience with SEO and content optimization.
  • WSET Level 2 Qualification (or higher) or equivalent experience/knowledge in the wine/spirits industry.

Our office hours are 08:45 to 17:15, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility for evening and weekend work as needed. We are committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being of our employees.
