As a Milk Tanker Driver - Transhipment, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of bulk milk products to dairies across the UK. This position involves transhipment operations, requiring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to strict safety protocols.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Transporting bulk milk loads using refrigerated trailers to various dairy facilities nationwide.
  • Performing accurate loading and unloading procedures, ensuring product integrity throughout the process.
  • Maintaining clear communication with the transport team regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
  • Adhering to all relevant road safety regulations and maintaining a clean driving record.
  • Conducting pre-trip inspections and ensuring the vehicle is in optimal condition for operation.

Essential Requirements:

  • Valid UK HGV Class 1 (CE) Licence with a proven track record of safe driving.
  • Current Driver CPC Card and UK Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
  • Experience operating refrigerated trailers is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
