Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to a wide range of customer inquiries and provide solutions to their queries.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our council services and policies.
- Provide excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Utilize IT systems to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a customer-facing or contact centre environment.
- Excellent customer care and call handling skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take ownership of decisions.
- Flexible approach to work and ability to prioritize tasks.
- SVQ2/Higher/National 5 or equivalent level qualification.
Working Pattern:
Alternate Saturdays and Sundays, 8am-4pm or 4pm-midnight (14 hours per week).
