Role Overview

In the capacity of a Power Broker at WTW, you will be instrumental in providing innovative risk management solutions tailored for our clients in the energy sector. Your responsibilities will include leveraging your expertise to negotiate advantageous terms, foster and strengthen relationships, and ensure exceptional service delivery. This role offers a unique chance to work alongside industry leaders and engage in pioneering projects within the energy domain.

  • Understand clients' operational needs and risk management requirements, delivering appropriate solutions through ongoing support.
  • Interpret, apply, and clarify business unit policies and procedures as necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, retail offices, and (Re)Insurers.
  • Provide technical insights, industry knowledge, and subject matter expertise when required.
  • Utilize the collective expertise of the team and the wider organization to support client needs.
  • Engage with clients to nurture productive partnerships.
  • Identify effective solutions, frameworks, pricing, and placement strategies to fulfill client expectations, ensuring profitable results for diverse clients.
