Paediatric Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Paediatric Staff Nurse to join our team at Cromwell Hospital in London. As a Paediatric Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children and their families in our Paediatric Outpatient Department and Ward.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide holistic family-centred care to children and their families.
- Work effectively within the multi-disciplinary team to deliver safe and effective care.
- Act as an advocate for the child and family, providing them with information and support.
- Participate in research and evidence-based practice groups to enhance and maintain the delivery of care.
- Ensure quality care is given by being familiar with agreed hospital policies.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality.
- Assist in ensuring the safety of the ward, actively participating in clinical audits.
- NMC Registration.
- NMC Registered – Registered Children's Nurse.
- Post-registration experience.
- Ability to work well both in a team and to use your own initiative.
- Ability to maintain professional communication.
- Ability to complete drug calculations.
- Payment of Professional Registration fees.
- Equivalent to 25 days holiday per year, increasing through length of service, with option to buy or sell.
