We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at Purely Recruitment Solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and Processing Goods: Receive and inspect incoming goods, verify quantities and quality, and accurately record inventory levels.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking stock levels, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including proper use of equipment, personal protective gear, and emergency procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in basic computer software (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 20kg, stand for long periods, and work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
