Job Opportunity

We are seeking an Associate to join our IP Disputes team in London, focusing on Patent Disputes in the Life Sciences and Technology sectors.

Our Team

Our IP Disputes team is known for acting in high-profile, high-value IP litigation with an international element. We handle portfolio management matters for internationally recognized brands and are currently acting in litigation in the High Court, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, and General Court (CJEU) on a range of matters.

We act for leading companies in the life sciences, digital business, transport & automotive, retail & consumer, and energy sectors. Our sector-focused approach ensures valuable expertise in the areas in which our clients operate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting Will James, a Partner specializing in complex technical life sciences and technology patent disputes.
  • Working closely with the London IP Disputes team, led by Arty Rajendra.
  • Assisting with patent matters, including litigation and portfolio management.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience of Patent Disputes gained at a firm with a strong reputation in this area.
  • Studies or qualifications in biochemistry, biology, chemistry, immunology, or similar.
