About the Role

We Are Social is a global socially-led creative agency with unrivalled social media expertise. As a UK Head of New Business, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts in London, driving revenue growth, and building strategic relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve annual revenue targets and support business goals.
  • Present and sell new agency offerings to brands, identifying and tracking new opportunities and market trends.
  • Manage incoming leads, filter out non-aligned business opportunities, and build future relationships with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the Global Head of Growth and UK Leadership Team to drive cross-market opportunities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with the UK marketing manager to connect leads from events and develop innovative ways to connect with key brands.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in achieving revenue targets, managing sales costs, and presenting new agency offerings to brands.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and sales funnel management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
