Our client is seeking to strengthen their existing team by appointing an experienced Quality Assurance Professional to maintain and drive all quality and internal audit processes for ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and BRC Packaging V6 standards.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough internal audits on ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001, and BRC V6 standards to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate the internal audit team to ensure all audits are carried out on time and to a high standard.
- Ensure all audit actions are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal calibration processes.
- Participate in the HACCAP program, including risk assessments for food safety and quality.
- Update and control the site database of company documents and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Redesign and transfer all current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into a new agreed format, seek approval, and publish.
- Collect, analyze, and present data on company quality systems to inform business decisions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, summarize findings, and recommend solutions to problems identified during audits or investigations.
- Provide feedback to management regarding improvements that can be made based on findings from audits or investigations.
- Design and manage (document) briefings and associated Sign Off sheets, and update relevant training records.
- Administer Customer Complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Hold a graduate-level qualification in a quality, engineering, or science discipline, with 4-5 years of relevant manufacturing experience in a similar environment.
