Fraud Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Fraud Risk Manager to join our team at MERJE Ltd. As a key member of our fraud and risk management team, you will play a critical role in protecting our business from criminality, loss, and reputational damage.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective processes to identify and prevent fraudulent activities that may lead to bad debt.
- Manage the day-to-day fraud operation, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met and standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and mitigate risk.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business partners and payment providers to enhance fraud awareness and risk controls.
- Strong understanding of fraud behaviors and associated risks.
- Knowledge of policies and procedures related to fraud detection.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels, including senior management.
- Methodical and logical approach to work, with a focus on accuracy.
- Experience working in an evolving environment, with the ability to pivot with changing business priorities.
