About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Practitioner to join our Primary Care Mental Health Team in Rural West PCN. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical leadership and support the day-to-day operation of the team, while also delivering direct clinical care to patients within our surgeries.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the Primary Care Mental Health Team
  • Support the development and delivery of the PCN's primary mental health care offer
  • Deliver direct clinical care to patients within our surgeries
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
Requirements
  • Qualified as a registered mental health professional with current UK registration
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Ability to fulfill travel requirements of the post
