Purpose of the Role

As a Junior Digital Designer, your primary purpose is to support the creation of engaging, on-brand digital marketing materials across various online platforms. You will collaborate closely with the Digital Design and Marketing teams to design and develop digital assets for email campaigns, social media, and website content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and developing digital assets for email campaigns, social media, and website content.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to turn marketing objectives into clear and effective creative strategies.
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to contribute fresh and innovative ideas for digital marketing strategies.
  • Assisting in the organization and management of digital design assets to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital media, or related field.
  • Knowledge of digital design principles and best practices.
  • Portfolio showcasing digital design skills.
