Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Consultant to join our team. As a Lettings Consultant, you will be responsible for registering and qualifying prospective tenants, generating and conducting viewings, developing relationships with landlords and tenants, negotiating offers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register and qualify prospective tenants
  • Generate and conduct viewings
  • Develop relationships and provide advice to landlords and tenants
  • Negotiate offers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and corporate events
  • Stay informed on and advise clients on market conditions

Requirements

  • Minimum 18 months experience as a Lettings Consultant in residential property
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Driven and motivated individual
  • High level of customer service skills
