Production Team Overview

Our Production team, consisting of 25 dedicated professionals, is integral to our business success. We are committed to delivering high-quality stills, video, and film services across our client portfolio. The team continuously develops their skills and strives to maintain exceptional standards while thriving in a fast-paced creative agency environment.

Role Overview

The Senior Producer will oversee multiple projects and workstreams, leveraging their extensive experience to manage complex projects and accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of creative projects, delegate tasks, and monitor team progress, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery of client requirements.
  • Manage intricate and high-profile campaigns, maintaining a keen eye for detail and developing clear strategies and timelines.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Keep the lead producer informed of all aspects of each project, optimizing efficiencies wherever possible.
  • Build and sustain relationships with suppliers and vendors to guarantee timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during shoots, managing multiple client interactions simultaneously.
  • Mentor junior production team members, sharing best practices and training on new systems and documentation.
  • Exemplify best practices within the team, demonstrating what excellence looks like to junior members.
  • Drive end-to-end processes, encouraging the team to streamline operations for enhanced productivity.
  • Exhibit confidence in decision-making, ready to tackle new challenges while striving for optimal client outcomes.

Pre-Production Responsibilities

  • Create budgets and timelines for productions using agency systems.
  • Book and brief resources, ensuring all crew members are informed.
  • Confirm studio and resource bookings, source models, and manage equipment hiring.
  • Oversee set builds and quality control for all elements.
  • Prepare for production days, ensuring all team members are briefed.
  • Conduct pre-production meetings with clients and circulate call sheets.

Shooting Responsibilities

  • Be present and prepared on set, coordinating all aspects of the shoot.
  • Track deliverables and manage client interactions effectively.
  • Support the shoot crew and communicate any changes as needed.

Post-Production Responsibilities

  • Oversee the packing down process and manage deliverables in retouching or video.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including invoice checks and reconciliations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in producing stills, video, and film within a creative agency.
  • Strong client-facing and producer management skills.
  • Ability to manage key accounts and deliver complex projects independently.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments, adapting to business needs.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with integrated projects across various platforms, including television and digital.
  • Systems-oriented approach to production practices and methodologies.
  • Confident communicator and problem solver.
  • Appreciation for high-quality creative output.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the creative industry.
