Manufacturing Specialist

We are currently on the lookout for a proactive Manufacturing Specialist to become a vital part of our team, specifically within the sonar transducer division. This position encompasses the production and evaluation of diverse products, alongside the implementation of strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency and dependability.
Core Responsibilities:- Participate in the fabrication and assessment of piezo-composite transducer products
- Analyze test outcomes and execute necessary actions
- Comprehend technical schematics and assembly protocols
- Report discrepancies in documentation or assemblies
- Employ hand tools for mechanical and electrical tasks
- Follow control procedures for quality management
- Assist in prototyping and initial build processes
- Keep precise documentation for product traceability
- Detect manufacturing defects and propose enhancements
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting
- Proficient in production methodologies and lean manufacturing principles
- Familiar with soldering, PCB assembly, and IPC standards
- Knowledgeable about ISO 9000 standards
