You will be responsible for managing the stockroom, replenishing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the stockroom and ensure accurate inventory levels
  • Replenish inventory on a daily basis to meet customer demand
  • Train store associates on stock management guidelines and standards
  • Ensure product is well displayed, assorted, and tagged on the floor and in the stockroom
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom
  • Provide shop floor support to the team
  • Monitor KPIs and team performance through running reports and updating the management team
  • Manage store operations such as stock management, payroll, admin, and rota
  • Assist with customer journeys by offering an exceptional 1-2-1 service and ensuring the customer comes first
  • Inspire, motivate, and develop the team through training, coaching, and product knowledge

Requirements:

  • Possess relevant stock operation experience
  • Be able to think strategically, work flexibly, and drive change
  • Adapt quickly to meet store operational demands
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work well under pressure, be very organized, and keep to deadlines
  • Work equally as efficiently when working in a team and alone
  • Attention to detail and work in a timely manner
