Job Title: PLC Control Automation Engineer

About the Role:

As a PLC Control Automation Engineer, you will lead the full software development lifecycle, from design and development to testing and improvement of software solutions. You will develop PLC software control systems, create technical documentation, and provide mentoring and technical direction to the development team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop PLC software control systems
  • Create technical documentation
  • Provide mentoring and technical direction to the development team
  • Develop solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Work on R&D projects to expand the product range
  • Assure product quality by designing electrical testing methods
Requirements:
  • HND or equivalent in electronic/electrical engineering or relevant working engineering experience
  • Minimum of five years of postgraduate work experience in a similar electrical design role
  • Experience in software programming with Danfoss, Codesys, and Siemens
  • Ability to read and create detailed electrical drawings
  • Detailed knowledge of current regulations and electrical design standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
