About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Worker in a 16-bedded community hospital providing rehabilitation and palliative care to patients across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care within a supportive environment
  • Work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Deliver high-quality care, showing respect, compassion, and empathy
  • Work flexibly to meet service needs, including clinic and home visits in remote and rural areas
Requirements
  • Current driving license (or alternative transport arrangements)
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, with flexibility to cover days and nights
  • 12 hour shifts or 6 hour shifts considered for the right applicant
