About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our team in Salisbury. As a Pharmacy Manager at Superdrug, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of your pharmacy, including managing a team of pharmacists and support staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GPhC standards and NHS pharmacy funding.
  • Manage stock levels, inventory, and supply chain to ensure efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with Regional Healthcare Managers to achieve business objectives and share best practices.
Requirements
  • Must be a GPhC qualified pharmacist with a strong understanding of NHS pharmacy funding and commercial operations.
  • Preferably with experience of working in a community pharmacy setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
