Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager

SPG Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT Consultancy, you will be responsible for leading and managing technology-driven projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, and risk management strategies.
  • Define project deliverables, milestones, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring activities and deliverables are completed on time, to assist the SLT in adhering to project budgets.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and technically feasible.
  • Provide technical direction and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with best practices and company standards.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing contingency plans to mitigate potential impacts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and issues.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology-driven projects.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end management of complex projects with multiple stakeholders, teams, and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), IT infrastructure, and systems integration.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure Devops.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience leading Agile teams.
