Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to assist our Head Chef in leading our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our food is consistently of the highest quality, and that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations
- Train and develop junior chefs to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional food
- Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and stock control
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met, and that the kitchen is maintained to a high standard
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve targets and improve performance
