Role Overview:

As a Clinical Study Setup Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the timely execution of study amendments in alignment with automated reports and requests. Your organizational capabilities will be essential in managing a team mailbox and individual task trackers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute all study modifications within designated timelines as dictated by automated reports and requests.

• Utilize your organizational skills to oversee a team mailbox and maintain individual task trackers.

• Achieve full competency and proficiency in all types of amendments to uphold a high right-first-time metric.

• Engage in daily meetings to manage workload and identify potential risks, proactively supporting the completion of critical tasks while communicating any issues or concerns.

• Once fully trained, contribute to the training and onboarding of new team members.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives as necessary.

Additional Support:

• Provide assistance to other areas within the Business Planning Distribution team as needed and support investigations for any deviations from established processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• GCSE or equivalent in relevant subjects.

• Proficiency in computer applications.

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical packaging and/or Regulatory Affairs is advantageous.

• Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and effective problem-solving skills are essential. Adaptability and willingness to assist with additional duties during peak periods are required.
