About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Blue Arrow - Lewisham. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take instruction from management and related authority levels to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with all departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Hold a valid driving license to facilitate travel between sites.
  • Utilize excellent communication and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, using your initiative to resolve issues and complete tasks.
  • Read and interpret manufacturing general assembly drawings to ensure accurate completion of tasks.
  • Maintain attention to detail to ensure high-quality work and minimize errors.
  • Be computer literate and proficient in using relevant software.
  • Possess forklift experience, although this is not essential.
Requirements
  • Ability to take instruction and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Forklift experience (desirable).
