**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Control Systems Engineer to support the development of the SEP3 control system software. The successful candidate will review and analyze front-end and preliminary design requirements documentation, including project functional specifications, control philosophies, and CE&I basis of design. They will also liaise with internal and external project stakeholders to ensure system-specific requirements are captured in accordance with project functional requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**

* HNC or higher qualification in an electrical, electronic, or software-related subject
* Control Systems, instrumentation, CE&I, or software background
* Ability to provide evidence of an understanding and application of the PES modification lifecycle

**Desirable Qualifications:**

* Knowledge of PLC programming
* Implementing control system projects using a structured software development lifecycle
* Graduate (minimum 2:2) or equivalent in a relevant discipline with typically more than 2 years' experience
* Knowledge and experience of application of ES_1_2479_1 – Issue 1 – Programmable Electronic System based Instrumentation and Control
* Knowledge and experience of Cyber Security for Operation Technologies
