We are seeking a highly skilled Coating Chemist to join our R&D team at Pulpex Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing high-performance coatings to deliver enhanced performance and sustainability in packaging.

• Develop and optimize new coating formulations to meet specific performance criteria, including barrier performance, durability, and appearance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to characterize coating properties using various analytical techniques and instrumentation.
• Work with the Industrialization team to optimize formulations for deployment onto Pulpex Packaging.
• Maintain detailed records of formulation recipes, test results, and process parameters.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

• Master's Degree in a relevant scientific discipline (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Material Science) with a minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in an industrial setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
