Nurse Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team at Willing Care. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our elderly residents, including those with dementia and palliative care needs.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents and their families.
- Support and mentor junior staff members.
- RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification and valid UK NMC Pin.
- Proven experience in elderly care, dementia care, and/or palliative care.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards residents and their families.
