Conference Producer

We are seeking a highly skilled Conference Producer to join our Digital Marketing Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing and delivering innovative and market-leading events that showcase the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Industry Research & Insight
- Develop a deep understanding of the digital marketing industry and its key players, including market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Conduct customer research projects to inform marketing, sales, operations, and customer success strategies.
- Use business intelligence and customer feedback to suggest and implement new conference program ideas and assess their success.
- Attend industry events to build relationships and stay up-to-date on the latest developments.
- Event & Content Programming
- Develop and implement innovative programming formats and content presentation methods to stay ahead of the competition.
- Create compelling agenda sessions that align with our tone of voice and appeal to our target audience.
- Design commercial attractive agendas that create sponsorship opportunities.
- Speaker Management
- Recruit and confirm high-profile speakers using speaker outreach tactics and manage inbound applications.
- Improve and update programming guidelines and rules for submissions and partners.
- Work with speakers to develop their presentations and ensure key takeaways are delivered.
- Manage speakers and content tracks on site at events, ensuring the program is delivered as planned.
- Digital Content
- Create engaging articles, webinars, blog posts, and roundtables that tie into the agenda and customer research.
- Work closely with content marketing to coordinate digital content creation through freelancers and speakers, managing their deadlines.
- Experience in commercial conference production and a passion for digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work flexibly in other time zones and travel as needed.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines.
- The ability to write and edit copy, with a keen eye for detail.
