Assistant Manager/Training Manager for Youth Services

Overnight Shifts:
£50 per overnight shift (approximately £5,000 additional annually)
This position presents an excellent opportunity to positively influence the lives of children and adolescents while progressing your career in a nurturing environment.
Assist the Registered Manager in the daily operations of the children's residence, ensuring the utmost standards of care and adherence to applicable regulations.
Supervise the development and assessment of care strategies, ensuring they are customized to meet the unique needs of each child.
Manage the facility in the absence of the Registered Manager, ensuring seamless care and support for the children.
Collaborate with external organizations, professionals, and families to enhance the welfare and growth of the children.A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People's Workforce (CYP) or equivalent is required.
Proven experience in a children's residence as a Senior or Deputy Manager.
Thorough understanding of safeguarding and regulatory standards.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including overnight shifts.
Attractive Salary:
£28,000 - £30,000 annually with additional income from overnight shifts.
