Position Overview


We are seeking a dedicated Sports & Activities Coach to join our vibrant Sports Department at Butlin's.

If you thrive in a collaborative environment and possess a dynamic spirit, this role may be the perfect match for you. We value individuals who are eager to engage with others, learn new skills, and contribute to a lively atmosphere.

As a member of our Sports team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable and entertaining experience during their stay.

Typical working hours will encompass 24 hours per week, distributed over five days, with shifts scheduled between 8:30 AM and 9 PM.

Your responsibilities will include leading sessions for our guests, ranging from pottery painting and football to archery and mini-golf, as well as assisting in our Leisure Hub.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an individual who enjoys teamwork, is confident in engaging with guests, and can maintain a high energy level in a bustling environment.

A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service are essential, as is the desire to exceed guest expectations.

While qualifications such as FA Level 1, Archery GB ERCA, and High Ropes are preferred, we are willing to provide comprehensive training for candidates who exhibit a creative and outgoing personality, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills, along with a genuine interest in sports coaching.

This position requires candidates to be at least 18 years of age.
