Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Assistant at Asda Express. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the shop floor, stockroom, and other areas.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management to ensure that the store looks appealing and well-stocked.
  • Work flexible hours, including night shifts, to meet the needs of our customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience is not required, as we will provide comprehensive training.
  • Availability to work night shifts, including 22.00pm to 06.00am.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to achieving sales targets.
