As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Engineering Team in the design and development of material handling equipment, including the creation of manufacturing drawings, Bills of Materials, and technical documentation.
- Manage the Engineering Team's workflow, ensuring timely completion of projects and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Purchasing, and Quality Assurance, to ensure seamless integration of engineering designs into production.
- Develop and implement cost-effective design solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering management, with a strong background in material handling equipment design and development.
