About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and energetic Courier to join our team of delivery professionals. As a Courier, you will be responsible for delivering packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent FedEx in a professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive experience for our customers.
  • Operate company vehicles safely and legally, adhering to all FedEx policies and procedures.
  • Deliver packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accurate and complete delivery of all packages.
  • Follow all FedEx Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Valid driving license for the type of vehicle assigned.
  • 2+ years of driving experience, preferably in a commercial setting.
  • Basic geographical knowledge and ability to navigate through various postcodes.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
