Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Insurance Broker to join our team at Rev & Regs. As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for administering clients' insurance requirements on a daily basis, including general enquiries, renewals, mid-term adjustments, obtaining quotations, closing sales, and invoicing of premiums.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all queries, whether written or by telephone, in a professional manner and process effectively in line with service standards.
- Administer clients' insurance requirements, including general enquiries, renewals, and mid-term adjustments.
- Obtain quotations and close sales to meet clients' needs.
- Invoice premiums and manage client relationships.
- Assess and maintain a good level of technical insurance skills through regular in-house testing.
Requirements:
- Good level of technical insurance skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
