Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant who has worked in any market and has a proven track record of success in either temporary or permanent recruitment. As a Recruitment Consultant - Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike to foster long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop your personal online brand
  • Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top talent

We offer a competitive base salary with opportunities for incentive pay, including commission, bonuses, and rewards. You will also receive 24 days' annual leave (up to 27 days with service) plus your birthday off, with the option to purchase up to five additional days.
