Eaton Syalon Limited is seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in providing financial insight and analysis to support business decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Manage Financial Planning Processes: Create and maintain comprehensive financial plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Provide Financial Analysis and Insights: Analyze financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
- Support Business Units: Collaborate with operational teams to understand financial implications and drive performance improvements.
- Cost Management and Control: Analyze and monitor production costs, working capital, and overheads to ensure cost control and efficiency.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
- Professional Qualifications: Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role, with at least 2 years in a business partnering capacity.
- Manufacturing Sector Experience: Prior experience in the manufacturing sector is essential.
- Technical Skills: Strong forecasting, and budgeting skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
