A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced Microsoft 365 Application Support Specialist to join Amtis Professional Ltd in a key role in the ongoing improvement and development of our Microsoft 365 environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the administration and development of our Microsoft 365 environment, covering SharePoint, Office 365, and MS Teams.
  • Provide user support, troubleshooting, and development of processes using Power Automate and Power Apps across desktop and mobile devices.
  • Focus on the use of Intranet, SharePoint, and Microsoft O365 applications globally, delivering features and providing application support to all functional areas and business units.
  • Promote user adoption of SharePoint and Microsoft O365 applications through technical demonstrations, consultation, and support of existing functionality.
  • Ensure data security and integrity of business applications.
  • Develop and implement change management processes.
  • Configure and develop systems, as well as document processes and configurations.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role, with a focus on Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Experience in MS Power Apps.
  • Strong understanding of Intranet, SharePoint, and Microsoft O365 applications.
