Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Operating Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our operations to enhance our pace of delivery, providing key leadership support to our CEO, and acting as a key leadership link with our Board of Directors and its sub-committees.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure operational delivery is adaptable, flexible, efficient, and integrated across all functional divisions.
- Chair the Operations Committee and serve on other external/internal committees and Boards as determined by the CEO.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading organizational transformation programs, with experience in driving operational efficiency and effectiveness. They will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, and be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
