Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and document comprehensive test solutions for new devices, ensuring seamless integration with production workflows.
  • Design and debug new silicon, test software and hardware for production, leveraging expertise in semiconductor test methodology.
  • Provide high-quality and cost-effective testing solutions for mass production, driving efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Monitor hardware and software test activities with both internal and external test facilities, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
  • Develop test programs, make modifications, and release them into offsite production, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Advantest 93k testing kit, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Expertise in semiconductor test methodology, including digital, mixed signal, and PMIC devices, with hands-on VLSI ATE experience.
  • Preferred knowledge on V93000 SOC Tester – Smartest 7 or Smartest 8, with the ability to leverage its features and capabilities.
  • Strong programming skills in writing and debugging test programs in languages like Perl/Python or C/C++ or JAVA, with a focus on delivering high-quality and efficient solutions.
