The ideal candidates will possess a valid Reach license.
Work Schedule and Compensation:
- 4 on 4 off rotating shifts, including both days and nights.
Compensation Rates:
For PAYE Days: £13.43 with overtime at £17.46.
For Umbrella: £16.12 with overtime at £20.90 after 37.5 hours.
For PAYE Nights: £14.43 with overtime at £18.46 after 37.5 hours.
For Umbrella: £17.12 with overtime at £21.90 after 37.5 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently load and unload products using the appropriate handling equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments within the Warehouse Management System.
- Precisely pick and pack orders for dispatch in accordance with customer specifications.
- Conduct timely and safe stock checks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Report any equipment malfunctions and safety violations in accordance with established protocols.
Qualifications:
- Valid VNA license.
- Strong time management skills and reliability.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication abilities.
