Electrical Technician

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our client's team in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventative maintenance and reactive tasks across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular testing and inspection of electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
• Diagnose electrical problems using blueprints, wiring diagrams, and testing devices.
• Perform necessary repairs on electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, switches, and other electrical components.
• Prepare detailed reports on electrical testing, inspections, and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• 18th edition certification preferred
• Ability to travel across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire
• Time-served or suitable electrical qualification

Our client is a well-established electrical company with over 15 years of experience in the industry. They specialize in commercial and industrial electrical contracts and are members of the National Inspection Council.
