Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to lead our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system development project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the CRM system, as well as managing and leading a team of developers to ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop the CRM system, ensuring alignment with business needs and requirements.
  • Manage and lead a team of developers, coordinating project tasks and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Advertise job openings, screen candidates, and recruit top-tier developers for the CRM project.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and support system enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the CRM system.
  • Participate in code reviews, using this opportunity to deepen your understanding of best practices.
  • Design and update software databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Update and maintain servers, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
  • Perform trials, testing, and quality checks to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
  • Debug and resolve issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Maintain and support systems, improving the performance of existing software.
  • Produce user and technical documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Be proactive in highlighting issues to the team, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Review business requirements to understand the business needs, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Implement technical solutions, ensuring effective and efficient delivery.
  • Strive for a high level of technical quality, ensuring excellence in all aspects of the project.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of commercial experience using PHP (OOP).
  • Strong understanding of microservice architecture and design patterns.
  • At least 3 years of commercial experience in Vue.js or similar JavaScript framework (Angular/React).
  • Solid knowledge of Laravel (or other PHP framework).
  • Experience crafting REST APIs.
  • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
  • Ability to write optimized complex queries and maintain MySQL databases.
  • Ubuntu and Nginx/Apache server management.
  • Experience with version control (ideally GIT).
  • Experience writing and maintaining appropriate documentation for each stage of the software development lifecycle.
  • Agile project management software (ideally Jira).
  • Working knowledge of Continuous integration and continuous delivery/deployment (CI/CD).
