As an Inventory Management Specialist at our Basingstoke Customer Service Centre, you will be an integral part of a large team, ensuring that our customers receive the products they desire. Your role will involve overseeing stock levels and ensuring that items are delivered to customers in optimal condition. You will be crucial in managing stock loss and damage costs effectively, directly influencing the availability of our technology.
Key Responsibilities:In this role, your responsibilities will include:
• Efficiently managing inventory at the Customer Service Centre (CSC)
• Monitoring and controlling product movement within the CSC
• Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies
• Generating reports and communicating findings to the management team
Required Qualifications:
• Familiarity with inventory management and administrative processes
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Experience in stock handling is advantageous, along with some technical product knowledge
• A passion for teamwork, as our CSC operates in a fast-paced environment where collaboration is key
