Support Worker for Young Client with Spina Bifida

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing care and support to a young client with spina bifida in their family home.
About the Role:This is a part-time position, working Monday to Friday evenings (5pm-8pm) and Saturday mornings. The successful candidate will provide personal care, medication management, and support with daily activities to enable our client to live independently.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to our client with spina bifida
- Assist with medication management and administration
- Support our client with daily activities, such as getting ready for bed
- Engage in activities that promote our client's physical and emotional well-being
We are looking for a candidate who is:
- Compassionate and empathetic towards our client's needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances
- Willing to undergo training and development to meet our client's needs
