Location: Worcester

Rate: £14.50 per hour

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Labourer to join our team at IMT Resourcing Solutions. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent physical stamina, and a desire to contribute to exciting construction projects, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading of materials either into store or across the site. This will involve manual handling of heavy and/or awkward objects.
  • Adapting to a variety of tasks which could include cleaning out properties after each trade, mixing mortar, cleaning windows and other general duties as required.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness for the site welfare amenities (canteen, offices and WC's)
  • Complying with responsibilities as laid down in the Company's Health & Safety policy
  • Contributing to the safe running of the development
  • Appropriate health and safety certification CSCS card and experience of general Labouring on a construction site is advantageous
  • A willingness to work hard, be reliable, punctual and a good team player is essential
