We are a leading Volkswagen Commercial Dealership in Droitwich, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and a seamless buying experience. Our team is passionate about delivering outstanding results, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our front-of-house team as a Showroom Host.
Job Introduction
We're seeking a polished, articulate, and well-presented individual to take on the role of Showroom Host. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will play a vital role in creating a brilliant first impression of our business. Your excellent communication skills, warm smile, and ability to multitask will make you an asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet visitors to the dealership, introducing customers to the relevant staff
- Receive inbound telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Support the departments with customer events and promotions
- Perform ad hoc administrative duties
About You
- You will take pride in working in a customer-facing role, ideally with a proven track record of providing an excellent customer journey in previous roles
- Be confident in meeting new people on a daily basis and building a quick rapport to drive a great first impression
- Have a confident and customer-orientated approach to your role
- Have a strong desire to provide the best customer service possible for the first impression of our dealership
