Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineering Site Specialist to oversee various civil and groundwork projects. This permanent position offers a chance to contribute to significant infrastructure developments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting out diverse commercial and residential groundwork projects.
  • Conducting topographical surveys and managing bulk earthworks.
  • Preparing as-built documentation and drafting technical drawings.
  • Maintaining accurate records and quality assurance documentation.
  • Assisting in supervising both direct and subcontracted labor on-site.
  • Reviewing technical designs and ensuring adherence to project timelines.

Candidate Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in setting out groundwork and infrastructure projects.
  • A valid CSCS card.
  • Preferred certifications in First Aid and SSSTS/SMSTS.
  • Proficiency with Robotic Total Stations and AutoCAD/GPS software.
  • The ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • A valid UK driving license for travel to various project sites.
