Early Years Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Caterham The Laurels Day Nursery and Preschool.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement engaging activities to promote child development and learning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children in our care.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive nursery environment.
- Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting.
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements.
